  We only recommend handwashing our Cotton materials in cold water and allowing them to be hung to dry. Machine-washing one of our Cotton scarves can damage the material or cause it to shrink and tear from the frayed ends. Because our Luxury Turkish Cotton Hijabs are so thick and non-transparent, they can be worn alone or over a cap.

I've been looking for a dark brown hijab for a while because they complement darker skin tones very well. This is the perfect shade and a thick enough material for colder weather. It's long and I like the detail at the ends of the scarf too!
