We offer Domestic and International Shipping!

Yes! While our company is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, we are shipping all over the country and the world. We ship Monday through Friday. Your package should arrive within 2-3 business days. Depending upon where you live, the time it may take to receive your package will vary due to COVID19.

We want you to feel comfortable and safe with your order, so we are happy to say that we are still able to package and ship all orders in a safe manner. Many domestic and international shipping services continue to operate but are experiencing delays, so please keep this in mind when placing your orders.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, your order may be eligible for a return if it meets these conditions:

  • Your items are unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Our policy lasts for 30 from the day that your order was shipped. If 30 Days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately are not able to offer a refund or exchange.

 

How to Ship Your Items for Refund/Exchange

To return your order, please mail it to 9298 Central Ave NE Unit 210 Minneapolis, MN 55434. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for returning your item for refund or exchange. The cost of shipping on your initial order is non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to return your item in exchange for another, we are happy to do so. We only replace items if they are determined to be defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@gessollectiong.com and mail your order to 1622 Park Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55404. Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping items back.

 

Refunds

Once your item has been received on our end and we have conducted a thorough inspection, we will send you an email to notify you. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment with 24 hours. This credit to your card can take time to appear on your end, due to bank processing procedures.

If you have not received your credit after an extended period of time, we recommend you contact your bank or credit card company because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted back to your account. Upon contacting your bank/company to request more information on the processing time to expect before your refund appears on your end.
